Eastern monasteries, focussed in detachment from the world and acquisition of knowledge, as well as western monasteries; gave birth to the modern universities, but with the same mindset.
As a result today only a small % of university students complete their education with mindset and capacity ready to create a positive impact in the world.
The future needs of engaged leaders, that do invest themselves into sustainability, not because companies would pay them wages if they do so, but because they are aware and ready to become change makers, as leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs and investors
