Participants will collaborate with a diverse team to solve challenges, develop entrepreneurial skills, and design self-sufficient centers, communities, and neighborhoods using innovative technology and methodology.

**Program Details:**
- **Duration:** 3 months
- **Commitment:** 10 hours per week (asynchronous tasks) + weekly collective session
- **Weekly Session:** Thursdays (Universal Time), includes task discussion, collaboration, and training
- **Format:** Remote participation with recordings for diverse time zones
**How It Works:**
1. **Schedule a 10-minute Interview:** Upon registration, you will schedule a 10-minute introductory audio interview with our founder, Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken. This interview will inform you about the program and match you with your first individual challenge. 2. **Attend and Commit:** Participants will attend a kickoff session and sign a commitment agreement to join the program.
3. **Engage in Challenges and Tasks:** Participants will complete individual and collective tasks, solving challenges related to self-sufficiency, resilience, futurist assessment, risk, and innovation.
4. **Gamified System:** The program is gamified with a rank-based reward system. Completing tasks and challenges earns points, unlocking rewards and more complex projects.
**Reward:**
Participants will receive a 1000 EUR voucher(s) to be used for training, coaching, and mentorship within our programs upon successful completion of the Mastermind Program.
