Since 2000 sets of indicators of quality, effectiveness, have been developed. (2000: NSD, 2007: EM900, 2014: PT, 2016–2017: PTƟ & 2017–2018 Matrix-Q.

The acquisition of Matrix-Q Knowledge, Information, Technical instructions, Tools, comes on hand with the acquisition of Matrix-Q Skills, Advancement of Matrix-Q Intelligence and Matrix-Q Thinking and Doing outside of the box skills, necessary for the enhancement of leadership, effectiveness and work-life balance performance capacity in individuals and organizations.

Matrix-Q Licenses are given to Matrix-Q Know How users that wish to apply their knowledge and skills with commercial purposes.

Once a Matrix-Q Training has been offered, a Matrix-Q Certificate is given, with description of the training content, information and technical knowledge transferred. But a certificate does not ensure the holder has acquired the necessary skills or has capacity of responsible application of knowledge. The License on the contrary is provided after experiential training which focus on Matrix-Q Skills for effective and responsible application of the know how (Application with global sustainable development impact).

A Matrix-Q Label ensures an organization has a Matrix-Q design, integration of know how, business model, behavior, performance.

A Certificate describes the number of units of training, skills, level of application the certificate holder has for one or a set of tools.

FOR COMMERCIAL AND NON COMMERCIAL USE

A license gives to its holder the right to use (PTƟ User certificate) and the right to provide (Commercial or non commercial) the know how to third party (PTƟ Trainer, PTƟ Coach, PTƟ Consultant, PTƟ CXO).

To be a holder of a PTƟ License means to ensure capacity and skills for responsible application of PTƟ. The core knowledge provide through the training programs for PTƟ User Certificate focus on Risk Management, and the ideal or minimmum conditions organizations or individuals must hold before application of PTƟ for them.

EVALUATION PROCESS

There are 3 modalities of evaluation:

Long distance program
Full immersion (3,6 or 9 continuouse days)
A set of Modules of 1 full day

The 3 programs are combined always with e-learning and e-forums, where e-coaching is provided and access to the e-library if granted.

The CXO Program (Internship) is as well an alternative modality for training and evaluation.

For example for a Matrix-Q Education License, level zero, a full weekend immersion training may be enough as for the development of the necessary skills, receiving the information, of the tools and practice of the method and its guidelines for use. The training will be combined with an e-learning program and application tasks, reports the candidate will develop in following 3 months (at least) or upto 1 year.

Fees may vary according to evaluation modality, and know how the candidate applies for a license holder right.

After a complete asssessment our consultant will identify the status of the organization or start up regarding our standard. A rank, level of impact and set of milestones (next stages of development) and know how (Matrix-Q) will be suggested through a Matrix-Q Assessment Report.
Once the implementation plan has been set, a first label ALPHA will be given to our customer.
According to case, stage of development, success into achieving milestones, new labels will be assigned to the customer.
The labels help users identify the level of capacity of application, and skill of application in complex systems, of the label holder.

A 9+ Stages of Gamified Experiential Training on PTƟ Know How, provided by the Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken.

Students complete training modules, volunteer in real projects (Research Projects, Experiential Projects of the Matrix-Q Research Institute, Research Division of the Stichting Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken) and their roles give to them the possibility of application.

Learning by doing, learning by playing, full immersion method: Matrix-Q Education.

Interns, through work-study contracts and participation in the business incubation projects, research projects, consultancy and education projects, develop tangible skills of application.

An alternative first stage in the PTƟ License path for the PTƟ User Certificate and licenses is the volunteer program, which gives to the candidates to explore in the know how and application benefits through volunteer commitment of no less than 9 hours per month. Also available online.

Volunteers need to complete 9 stages or levels of responsibility as evaluation before they apply to the CxO program, or Internship Program. The following score line, was developed for the Golden Guild Theta a R&D Innovation network project created to support holders of Matrix-Q Certificates, Licenses and Labels.

HUMAN CAPITAL

RECRUITING SERVICE FOR CORPORATE

The HSMƟ Consultancy service offers as well evaluation and qualification of the human capital (human capital value assessment).

After evaluation the candidates to job positions receive a certificate on Matrix-Quotient of Intelligence and Verified Skills (Use of Matrix-Q Methods). The Certificate and reports are given to our customers, to help them in their human capital assessment process.

The recruiting program includes a first assessment of human capital on Matrix-Q Skills and identification of training programs necessary for their advancement, Matrix-Q Certification & Matrix-Q Licenses.
