**Job Details:**
- **Duration:** 3 months
- **Commitment:** Part-time (10 hours per week, asynchronous)
- **Meetings:** Thursdays (40–80 min) + reporting, research, and forum contributions
- **Location:** Remote
- **Contract:** Collaboration Agreement (Includes NDA)
**Compensation:**
- Receive 1000 EUR voucher(s) for training, coaching, and mentorship in our programs
**About the Role:**
As part of our Mastermind Program, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to solve challenges and develop skills in self-sufficiency and resilience. Your role will involve researching, solving tasks and challenges, contributing to forums, attending weekly meetings, and learning from our Primordial Land Knowledge Experts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Mastermind Program on self-sufficiency and resilience initiatives
- Conduct research, contribute to discussions, and attend weekly meetings
- Complete individual tasks, challenges, and projects
- Learn and apply Primordial Land’s technology and methodology in designing self-sufficient centers, communities, villas, and neighborhoods
- Acquire solopreneurship, marketing & communication skills
- Create a personal road map (entrepreneurial)
**Qualifications:**
- Multidisciplinary background with a passion for sustainability
- Strong interest in holistic living and self-sufficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
- Experience or interest in sustainable innovation and community development
**Gamification and Levels of Participation:**
The collaboration system is gamified with a rank. After completing tasks and challenges, participants earn points and corresponding rewards, unlocking more complex tasks and challenges. Reaching a threshold of points qualifies participants for the next level of participation and vouchers.
- **Individual Contribution (Level 1):** Completing individual tasks and challenges
- **Collaboration and Co-creation (Level 2):** Collaborating with others on projects and initiatives
